Fee Schedule:
Retainer Fee: $4,000.00 (Non Refundable)
Deposition: $1,200.00 per hour in the office or via video conference (minimum 1 hour charged, then pro-rated per ¼ hour)
Review Of Records: $600.00 per hour
Report Writing: $600.00 per hour
In-Depth Consultation: $1,200.00 per hour (pro-rated per ¼ hour) in person, telephone, teleconference, email, etc.
Testimony: $4,000.00 ½ day, $8,000.00 full day (Any testimony outside of St. Louis County, MN will be billed as full day)
